Refund and Claims
Check your order immediately and thoroughly upon receipt. Shortages, overages, incorrect or damaged product must be reported within 24 hours of receipt for all orders. All claims must be accompanied with photos of the original packaging and box.
Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from IBuyOrchids LLC. Store Credit will be issued for authorized returns. IBuyOrchids LLC does not issue cash, check, or credit card refunds. All credits must be used within 6 months.
